Summary:


The Inside Sales is responsible for the development of qualified leads that result in opportunities to secure new memberships and charter sales. This position will be located in New York City.


Responsibilities:


  • In partnership with Sales Execs to prepare lists of target prospects for outreach
  • Fulfill a high volume of daily outbound engagement to prospective clients with 100/200 touches per day
  • Identify potential prospects, and transition qualified lead to Sales Director for further follow up.
  • Understand and articulate Jet Edge value proposition and be a product knowledge expert
  • In partnership with the Sales Director, successfully address client questions, needs and objections
  • Accurately document sales information in Salesforce and proactively manage follow-up effort
  • Set up calls / meetings with Sales Director for hand-off of qualified leads
  • Actively looks for opportunities to improve and optimize sales processes
  • Learn our technology stack (Salesforce, Amstat, Jet Net, FOS, Other)
  • Collaborate with marketing to help transition marketing qualified leads into sales accepted leads
  • Mines relevant data sources to uncover sales leads and qualify opportunities
  • Opportunity to meet with prospects in-person alongside director of sales.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • 2 years+ sales experience preferred
  • Excellent communications skills, both orally and in writing, in the English language
  • Proficiency in MS suite tools is a must
  • Experience with Salesforce or a similar CRM preferred
